We had the honor of facilitating a session with the senior management team of MDH, a non-profit organization that conducts and evaluates research and programs in various public health topics. The meeting was led by our Managing Director, Mr Peter Mapigano, SPHRi, who is a HR veteran and expert.

We seeked to help the MDH team reflect on their performance, achievements, challenges, and lessons learned in the past quarter. We also assisted them in setting their goals and action plans for the next quarter. We are thankful to MDH for their trust and collaboration. We look forward to continuing our partnership and contributing to the public health sector in Tanzania.
